Malted barley grain
Malted barley grain is a good source of carbohydrates, decomposed proteins, minerals and E and B- group vitamins. Malt grain is used to make some products in industry such as cookies, biscuits, bakery products, malt syrup, breakfast cereals, diastase enzymes, malted vinegar, malted beverages. Malt is mostly used as the main ingredient in non-alcoholic beer industry.
