One of the lightest caramel malts used to create a light-colored but better-tasting barley water with a 10-25% usage rate for all grains. The color of this malt is 15-25 EBC.

Crystal Caramel Malt 60L

– The most commonly used caramel malt worldwide, which improves the color, taste, flavor, and aroma of malt beverages. The color of this malt is around 100-120 EBC. The maximum usage rate of this malt is 25% for all grains.

Crystal Caramel Malt 120L

This malt is a dark crystal malt that caramelizes sugars during the production process. The color of this malt is around 300 EBC. The maximum usage rate of this malt is 15% for all grains.
